Purpose of this role
To provide leadership to Operations and Process Engineering teams, across multiple stakeholders (client lines and shared services) and products. Key responsibilities include continuous improvement, driving service delivery from the Business Optimisation and Client Services platforms.
Education and Experience
- Post graduate qualification
- 10 – 15 years’ experience in managing complex divisions in the Financial Services industry
- 10 years (minimum) in leadership positions
