JOB PURPOSE and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Through planning and iteration, design – UI/UX parts of digital products.
- Translate high-level requirements into interactive designs, and
- Conceptualize products, services and transform business requirements into functional, beautiful, and intuitive user interfaces.
- Leveraging data for optimal design, customer trends and segment understanding.
- Spearhead – mapping, touchpoint analysis for customer pain-point challenges and experience enhancement.
- Work closely with the project/program manager to enable process improvements and act as the subject matter expert
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Design qualification (degree or diploma)
- Financial Services industry experience
- Adobe Suite, Axure, Miro Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, InVision.
- Mobile App design experience.
- Information Architecture, Prototyping, Interaction Design
