JOB PURPOSE:
- Responsibilities include vetting, reviewing, negotiating and drafting of commercial contracts/agreements.
- Offer advice and support on regulations. Commercial and legal matters to the group and units
- Ensure compliance as well as change requests, disputes and contract renewal tracking.
- Perform legal due diligence
- Monitor regular updates, monitor non-performance
Qualifications/Experience
- Legal qualification
- Commercial/Corporate experience
- Admitted as an attorney in the High Court of South Africa
- report writing skills
- Own transport.
