  • Maintenance service schedules arrangements
  • Assist the Facilities Soft Service Manager with everyday tasks like meetings, minutes taking, calls, diary
  • Stock management e.g office refreshments etc
  • Assist to develop and improveadministrative procedures, databases etc
  • Health, Safety and Risk Management followingOHS policies
  • Ensure monthly inspections and make tat Service Provider OHS files are up to date.
  • Responsible for compliance for safety, building regulations including contractors
  • Process Continuous improvement

General Education

  • Grade 12
  • Facilities Management qualification (desired)
  • 5 years exp
