Job Purpose 

in accordance with project timelines, you must plan, co-ordinate and manage build configuration as well as test deliverables.

Key Performance Areas:

1. Management of the full SDLC systems development life cycle of Projects and system changes.
2. Provide leadership on projects through monitoring, managing planning and escalating issues and/or risks within delivery areas, with IT Project impact consideration.
3. Guide the solution delivery team on various components – Technical design, definition, change control, requirements etc.
4. Preparation of a project plan detailing required resources, timelines, dependencies etc for the full project including Dashboard maintenance and progress reports to CIO and Head of IT.

Qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills & competencies:

• Degree/Diploma in I T is essential.
• Postgrad in Business Management or Project Management qualification is desirable.
• Project Management Qualification is desirable.

• 7 Yrs IT Project/Line Management exp.
• 7 Yrs IT Test areas or systems dev technical experience exp.
• 7 Yrs SDLC dev, processes and testing exp
• Knowledge of Credit ease/lending, Middleware and Integration, payment systems, Retail banking, SQL/Oracle, Unix,  Flexcube/Core Banking systems.
